If your order has not processed yet and you need to cancel the order, you can do so by following these steps. There is no cost to cancel an order that has not processed.

  1. Go to the My Orders menu option on the left

  2. Find your order (it should be at the top of the table), and click on the 3 ellipsis on the right

  3. Click the Cancel Order option

Your order will be cancelled immediately once this option is selected and the order status will be updated to show the cancellation. If the Cancel order option is not available and your order has not yet shipped out, contact your Account Manager to see if they can assist.

For orders that were placed with a credit card payment, there is typically an authorization hold for the amount of the order that will take up to 3 business days to return to your purchasing card.

If you paid for your order with a pre-funded Funds bank account, the amount from your order will be added back to your account immediately.
