By default, there is a $5.00 fee charged against the cardholders gift balance for the following requests:
Requesting a new card for lost, stolen, or expired Visa or Mastercard products
Exchanging a digital Visa or Mastercard gift for a physical card to cover the production & shipping charges
Redeeming a PerfectGift+ digital or physical gift for Zelle or a Visa cards (all other redemption options have no charge)
If you wish to cover the cost for any of these fees, use the Card Fees section to determine how you will pay for each request.
If you maintain funds in a prepaid Funds Bank account, select the appropriate funds bank account in the drop down and click Submit. Alternatively you can add a credit card to cover all future fees.
An invoice will be created for each replacement, exchange, or redemption fee. You can find these invoices by going to the My Orders section, and selecting either Re-issues & Replacements or Redemption orders in the drop down at the top of the page.
