If your order has not processed yet and you need to change the payment method, you can do so by following these steps:

  1. Go to the My Orders menu option on the left

  2. Find your order (it should be at the top of the table), and click on the 3 ellipsis on the right

  3. Click the Change Payment Method option and select your new payment method

If you selected check, wire, or ACH as your initial payment method, credit card will not be available as there is a 3% fee for credit card payments that cannot automatically be applied to your invoice.

Once you have updated your payment method, click on the Invoice number or the View Detail link. From the order details page, your updated invoice will be available by clicking the Download Invoice button in the lower right. The payment details will be at the bottom of the invoice. NOTE: The invoice may take a few minutes to regenerate.
