There is not an automated option in the ordering portal to update your shipping address. This is a manual process that requires you to reach out to your account manager to submit a request.

You can call or email your representative directly. Your account manager's contact information is in the upper right on the Dashboard of the ordering portal. You can also email corp@perfectgift.com which will be received by entire account management team.

We will need the following information from you to attempt to change your shipping address:

  • Invoice number. This is found under the My Orders menu option

  • What the original shipping address was

  • What the new shipping address is

  • Any change to the attention to or shipping method

If there is a change in shipping method or the package is in transit and we are not able to alter the destination, you will be responsible for any cost increase.
