There is not an automated option in the ordering portal to update your shipping address. This is a manual process that requires you to reach out to your account manager to submit a request.
You can call or email your representative directly. Your account manager's contact information is in the upper right on the Dashboard of the ordering portal. You can also email corp@perfectgift.com which will be received by entire account management team.
We will need the following information from you to attempt to change your shipping address:
Invoice number. This is found under the My Orders menu option
What the original shipping address was
What the new shipping address is
Any change to the attention to or shipping method
If there is a change in shipping method or the package is in transit and we are not able to alter the destination, you will be responsible for any cost increase.
