Order shipping times may vary depending on the product and quantity. All Visa, Mastercard, and PerfectGift+ products generally ship out within 1 business day from when the order was processed. Popular retail brands including Amazon, Walmart, Starbucks, & Target also usually ship out within 1 business day for orders of 10+ cards.
An email will automatically be sent to you when a tracking number is available for your order.
To track the status of your delivery:
Go to the My Orders menu option on the left
Find your invoice and click on the Invoice Number or View Detail link
Check the status bar at the top to see if the order has Processed
Scroll down to the Shipments / Recipients section, and your tracking number(s) will be listed here
There is no tracking number provided for orders sent directly to recipients by US Mail.
