New Account and Onboarding
The document outlines the onboarding process involving password creation, two-step verification, and company information submission. Please note that because we offer bank regulated products, we must verify all new business accounts before an order can be processed.
Upon email entry into the Get Started with your PerfectGift Account | Sign Up Now page, you will be prompted to create a password, meeting strong password standards (10-50 characters long, contain at least 1 lowercase letter, at least 1 uppercase letter, at least 1 digit, at least 1 special character (@,#,$,%,^,&,+,=,!)
Next you will need to set up two-step verification for security. Verification is completed using a code sent via text message.

Once your account is set up, you can choose to place an order or submit your company information for review.

Your company information will be validated against known businesses. You can use the chatbot for questions, or one of our Client Success Managers can guide you through the process and answer questions.

While the form entries are validated, it is possible that your submission may have validation errors. Any information that is lacking or incorrect will be verified by PefectGift Corporate Compliance.
Upon completion of placing an order, you will be notified that your order is pending verification and upon approval when the order is processed (pre-payment is required before the order can process).

When returning to the Corporate portal, you will be able to se the status of your account approval and the order that was placed.
