

Ordering PerfectGift+
The PerfectGift+ is the gift of choice. Your recipients can choose their gift from a curated catalog that you can customize. Gift options include Visa, Zelle, Target, Walmart, Starbucks, and hundreds of popular brands.
Choose Type
Physical Cards: Add any design to your card instantly or select from a gallery of design images. All cards have a QR code on the back for your recipient to scan to claim their gift. Processed orders paid by 3pm EST Monday thru Friday ship same day.
Digital Gifts: Email, text, or download a file of codes to distribute to your recipients. Digital orders are processed & sent once payment has been completed.
Redemption Fees
Zelle transfers and Open Loop card redemption options entail a redemption fee. By default, these fees are absorbed by the recipient at the time of redemption, thus reducing the value of the gift.
You have the ability to choose to fund the expense of the redemption fee when placing an order.
This option is available at the order level only and cannot be applied differently within the same order. So all PerfectGift+ items in an order either have the default fee deducted from the value, or all will have the fee covered by you.
At the time the order is placed, you can choose a funding option in the My Cart review page displayed in the second image. Below the order sub-total, you are presented with a toggle to opt in to covering the recipients' redemption fees. Opting in reveals an ability to Select your funding source.
Funding Sources are found under the Card Fees area in the left navigation, and can be set up under the Redemption Fees dropdown.
Funding sources include Funds Bank and saved Credit Card.
Covered Fee Transactions
When redemptions incur a fee that is covered by Funds Bank, there will be an itemized charge in the Funding area in the left navigation indicating that a Redemption Fee was paid.
When redemptions incur a fee that is covered by a stored credit card, the card on file will be charged the fee. The transaction on the credit card statement will indicate "PERFECTGFT* FEE" as well as the amount charged.
Covered Fee Visibility
At the order level, on the My Orders Page under Regular orders, you can now see the number of redemptions completed against the total number of redeemable gifts.
Individual PerfectGift+ Redemptions can be viewed under MyOrders and choosing Redemption Orders from the dropdown, as shown in the third image.
