Refunds are only available on Visa, Mastercard, and PerfectGift+ products. A refund cannot be issued if the card has been activated or used as it is now considered the property of the card recipient.
There is a $15.00 fee for a refund which will be deducted from the card balance. The refunded amount would be added to your account in the Funds Bank which can be used for future orders, or you can request a check, wire, or ACH payment.
To refund a card in the ordering portal:
Go to the My Orders menu option on the left
Find your invoice and click on the Invoice Number or View Detail link
Scroll down to the Card Details section. Scroll over to the column called Refund
Check the applicable box to refund the card and then click the Refund Selected button
If the refund check box is not available, it means the card has already been used or activated. The card recipient can call customer service (877-448-4438) for a replacement card, or you can click the Replace link from the Card Details table.
Once your card is refunded, the balance should show up in your Funds Bank within 10 minutes.
