The card replacement function is only available for Visa, Mastercard, and the PerfectGift+ products.

You can replace a card if one of your recipients reports that the card is lost or stolen. You can also have the recipients go to our help center or call 877-448-4438 and one of our support reps can help them with the replacement.

To replace a card in the ordering portal:

  1. Go to the My Orders menu option on the left

  2. Find your invoice and click on the Invoice Number or View Detail link

  3. Scroll down to the Card Details section. Enter the persons name or scroll through the cards to find the recipient.

  4. Click on the Replace link on the right

  5. Confirm or change the shipping address and select a payment method. The $5.00 replacement fee can be paid by you, or deducted from the card balance.

The card will be shipped within 1 business day. An order number will be created for all replacement cards. You can view this under the My Orders section by clicking the filter at the top of the page and choosing Re-Issues & Replacements.
