If you ordered digital gifts and selected to have our system send the email to your recipients, you can check the status of each gift and resend gifts that failed or were not yet claimed.

To check the status of your eGift and/or resend a gift:

  1. Go to the My Orders menu option on the left

  2. Find your invoice and click on the Invoice Number or View Detail link

  3. Scroll down to the Card Details section

  4. Look under the Email Status column to see if the gift was delivered or failed

  5. Under the Actions column to the right, you can use the Copy Link button to send the gift yourself, or select the Resend link to us resend the gift. When using the Resend option, you have the ability to change the recipients email address or phone number.
